For their brand redesign, they sought a modern, impactful identity to reinforce their position as a distinctive and reliable developer. Taking its shape from bricks, the new logo features a three-dimensional "H", highlights Hudson's multidimensional approach. The final positioning shows the logo rotated, resembling an arrow to signify Hudson’s forward momentum and upward growth.
a bold red, white, and black color scheme was chosen to distinguish Hudson in the marketplace. Vibrant crimson red, reminiscent of classic brickwork, is paired with crisp white and balanced by the sophistication and depth of black. This trio makes up the three oldest pigments in the world, mirroring Hudson’s blend of innovation and deep-rooted expertise in New York real estate.
The new Hudson logo pays homage to their original column motif, updating it to better reflect the company's current focus. Hudson may not develop buildings with columns, but they do develop many brick buildings.
